Shipping
Cheesy Puffs ships only where nicotine, vapor, pouch, battery, and related products can be legally sold and delivered. Shipping availability may change based on federal, state, local, carrier, and product-specific rules.
Where we ship
At this stage, shipping is available only within the United States and only to locations where the items in the order are permitted. We do not ship internationally.
Checkout currently blocks orders to: California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Ohio, District of Columbia, Maine, Rhode Island. This list may change at any time, and local restrictions may still prevent shipment even when a state is not listed here.
Age verification and adult signature
All nicotine and vapor orders require the purchaser and delivery recipient to be at least 21 years old. We may use age-verification services before shipment, and carriers may require a government-issued photo ID and adult signature at delivery.
If the recipient cannot prove they are at least 21, refuses signature, misses delivery attempts, or provides an inaccurate address, the order may be returned, cancelled, or held by the carrier. Shipping and adult-signature fees may be deducted where permitted.
Processing times
Most orders are processed in 1-3 business days after payment, inventory, age verification, and compliance checks clear. Processing can take longer during high volume, weather delays, holidays, carrier disruptions, product reviews, or compliance review.
Transit times
- Standard delivery is usually estimated at 3-7 business days after carrier pickup.
- Expedited delivery, when available, is usually estimated at 2-4 business days after carrier pickup.
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Regulated-product shipments may take longer than ordinary parcels.
Carrier restrictions
Nicotine and vapor products may be restricted by postal, carrier, and PACT Act rules. We may select or change the carrier or service level needed to complete a compliant delivery. Some products cannot be shipped through ordinary mail services.
Tracking and lost packages
Tracking details are provided when available. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier first. Contact us promptly if the package appears lost, damaged, or misdelivered.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for carrier delay, non-delivery, return fees, or replacement costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, restricted, or undeliverable addresses.
Compliance holds and cancellations
We may hold, cancel, or refund orders if the product, destination, recipient, payment, carrier, or order pattern creates a compliance, fraud, tax, safety, or legal concern.
